VENUE SAFETY

Venue Safety & Internal Affairs

Confidential reporting, immediate assistance, emergency procedures, and essential venue safety information.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS

Report a Concern

Report a safety concern, incident, or conduct issue privately. Reports are accessible only to authorized venue administration. You do not need to confront the person involved.

IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE

Need help during an event?

Alert the on-duty Dungeon Monitor or venue operator immediately. For a medical emergency, fire, or immediate danger, call 911. Do not delay emergency assistance to complete a report.

Emergency Procedures

Stop activity, alert venue staff, and follow instructions during a medical emergency, fire, or severe weather event. Call 911 when emergency assistance is needed.

Exits & Evacuation

Locate available exits when you arrive. Keep doorways, stairways, and evacuation paths clear. Follow staff instructions and proceed to the designated assembly point when directed.

Fire & Facility Safety

Report smoke, electrical problems, blocked exits, unstable furniture, spills, or other hazards immediately. Do not use damaged equipment or attempt unsafe repairs.

Medical & First Aid

Notify staff promptly about injuries or illness. Ask the on-duty staff member where first-aid supplies are located. Call emergency services for serious or urgent symptoms.

Equipment & Room Safety

Check shared equipment before use. Stop using anything loose, broken, or unstable and tell a Dungeon Monitor. Respect room capacity and keep walkways unobstructed.

Sanitation & Hygiene

Follow posted cleaning procedures for shared furniture and equipment. Report spills or contamination so affected areas can be safely cleaned before reuse.

Accessibility & Assistance

Ask staff for mobility assistance, safer routes, or support navigating the venue. Tell staff if a physical obstacle or access concern needs attention.

After an Incident

Prioritize immediate safety and medical care. Staff can help secure the area. Use the Internal Affairs form above for confidential follow-up or documentation.

Specific exit locations, emergency equipment locations, and assembly points should be confirmed onsite with venue staff. This page does not replace posted emergency instructions.

What are you here for?

Use the Portal to apply, RSVP, complete event requirements, and manage your Sanctum Eros access. Existing members can jump straight into Member Portal.

HOW IT WORKSWhat is the Portal?+

The Portal is the working side of Sanctum Eros. It keeps membership, RSVPs, orientation, event requirements, admission, address release, courses, applications, and attendance in one place instead of making you chase forms and DMs.

1MembershipApply once. Old registry members use their existing account/code.
2RSVPChoose an event and submit your reservation request.
3Get readyAfter approval, Member Portal shows exactly what you still need to complete.
4AttendFinish orientation, get the released address, pay any remaining admission at check-in, and you’re good to go.
WHYWhy build all of this?+

We’re pioneering safety, security, and access for dungeons. That means fewer loose spreadsheets, fewer mystery steps, clearer event requirements, private address release, better attendance records, and one place where members can see what they actually need to do.

The point is simple: less guesswork for attendees and better accountability for the space.

EVENTS

Upcoming events.

Submit official event RSVPs here. Your approved RSVP is your reservation. Eligible member admissions receive a digital ticket in the Member Portal. Admission is finalized at check-in. Membership applications and Internal Affairs reports are handled separately.

An RSVP is not confirmed until it is approved. Established Members receive priority RSVP review for play parties, dungeon-hosted socials, and game nights. Capacity and event requirements still apply.

SOCIAL EVENTS & DEMONSTRATIONS

Social Events & Demonstrations

Meet the Dungeon, Kinky Game Nights, Murder Mystery nights, open houses, demonstrations, and other socials. Membership is not required unless the event listing says otherwise.

PLAY PARTIES & OTHER EVENTS

Play parties & other events.

Play parties and other events where membership or additional event requirements may apply.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership.

Apply here for Sanctum Eros membership. Membership approval and event RSVPs are separate.

MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS

Apply for Membership

Membership is free. Applications are reviewed privately. Approval does not reserve a place at an event.

Before you startThe Venue Rules contain a secret word. The application will ask for it, so read the Rules & Guide first or keep it open while you apply. Your application draft saves automatically on this device.
Already in the old registry? Contact Eros for your code. You do not need to apply again.

HOUSE RULES

Venue Rules & Participant Agreement

Sanctum Eros is a private 21+ kink organization and dungeon. These are the rules of the space—not suggestions, not a test of experience, and not permission to police other attendees. Read them before you attend. If something is unclear, ask Eros, staff, or a Dungeon Monitor.

RulesWhat is required to attend and use the space.
GuideHow arrival, rooms, equipment, aftercare, and shared-space etiquette work in practice.
21+ • Consent • Privacy • Alcohol-freeThe essentials are simple. The full rules below explain how they apply inside the venue.
Ask before touching • Respect active scenesPeople, belongings, gear, and scenes are never automatically available to you.
Follow safety directions • Reset the spaceEros, staff, and DMs can intervene for safety. Clean shared equipment and leave the room ready for the next person.
1. Access, Age & Arrival+
  • Sanctum Eros is 21+ only.
  • Attend only through the access process listed for that event. Membership-required events require an active approved membership; public socials may allow non-member RSVPs.
  • Membership approval does not guarantee admission to every event and is not an endorsement or guarantee of any attendee.
  • Do not bring unregistered guests or add someone to your RSVP without approval.
  • The venue address is private. Do not post, forward, screenshot, pin, or otherwise share the address or location details with anyone who has not received them directly through Sanctum Eros.
  • Remain in the designated arrival/check-in area until check-in and any required orientation or acknowledgment are complete.
2. Consent, Safewords & Scene Communication+
  • Consent must be informed, voluntary, specific, and ongoing. It may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Previous play, flirting, nudity, a relationship, a title, a collar, membership, or being inside the dungeon never creates consent.
  • Negotiate the scene you are actually having: activities, limits, relevant risks, safewords or nonverbal signals, and aftercare as appropriate.
  • A request to stop is followed immediately. If RED, STOP, or SAFEWORD is called clearly, treat it as an immediate stop or request for outside attention unless staff can clearly determine otherwise.
  • Consensual non-consent or resistance play does not remove the responsibility to establish an unambiguous way to stop the scene.
  • Someone who cannot meaningfully consent cannot begin or continue a scene.
3. Personal Space, Gear & Scene Etiquette+
  • Do not touch another person, their clothing, collar, mobility aid, toys, rope, implements, or other belongings without permission.
  • Watching a scene is allowed when you give it space. Do not crowd, narrate, heckle, coach, sexualize aloud, or insert yourself into a scene you were not invited into.
  • Do not join, assist, restrain, strike, photograph, record, or otherwise participate in another person's scene without a direct invitation from the people involved.
  • Do not interfere with an active scene unless immediate safety requires intervention. If you are concerned but there is no immediate emergency, get Eros, staff, or a Dungeon Monitor.
  • Give people room when a scene ends. Aftercare, drop, decompression, and private check-ins are not an invitation for spectators to approach.
4. Privacy, Phones, Photos & Outing+
  • Phones stay downstairs unless an approved exception applies or a private closed-door scene specifically allows a consented photo.
  • Do not photograph, video, livestream, audio-record, or capture another attendee without their explicit permission. Keep unrelated attendees and identifying details out of frame.
  • Do not publicly identify someone as a Sanctum Eros attendee, kink community member, play partner, relationship partner, or participant in a particular scene without their permission.
  • Do not share screenshots that reveal the private address, guest list, member information, event access details, or another person's private Portal information.
  • Medical, caregiving, emergency, and legitimate on-call phone exceptions are available; ask Eros or staff.
5. Alcohol, Substances & Impairment+
  • Sanctum Eros is alcohol-free. Alcohol is not permitted at the venue.
  • Arrive and remain able to make decisions, communicate boundaries, and participate safely.
  • Impairment can come from substances, medication, exhaustion, illness, or any other condition. The issue is capacity and safety, not what caused it.
  • Anyone too impaired to meaningfully consent or participate safely may be denied entry, removed from play, or asked to leave.
  • Staff may stop participation whenever impairment creates a safety or consent concern.
6. Play Spaces, Equipment & Sanitation+
  • Playrooms are for negotiation, setup, scenes, cleanup, and immediate aftercare—not extended socializing.
  • Use equipment only when you understand how to use it safely. Inspect what you use before beginning and ask when you are unsure.
  • Do not alter anchor points, structural hardware, suspension points, furniture, or venue equipment without permission.
  • Clean applicable shared equipment after use and return communal items where they belong. Use barriers when appropriate for bodily fluids.
  • If blood, broken skin, bodily fluids, vomit, or another biohazard contaminates a surface, notify staff so it can be handled and disinfected correctly.
  • Report damaged, unstable, contaminated, or malfunctioning equipment instead of quietly leaving it for the next person.
7. Higher-Risk Play, Sharps & Special Precautions+

Some activities create additional risk for participants, bystanders, the property, or shared equipment.

  • Notify Eros or the on-duty Dungeon Monitor before beginning blood play, needle play, cutting or other sharps play, fire play, electrical play, suspension, breath/airway-related play, consensual non-consent scenes, or another activity that reasonably creates elevated venue risk.
  • Notification is not staff approval of your negotiation, skill, or consent. Participants remain responsible for those decisions.
  • Staff or the DM may set reasonable location, barrier, cleanup, spotter, or other venue precautions—or decline an activity—when necessary for the space.
  • Used sharps go only into an appropriate sharps container. Never place needles or blades loose in ordinary trash.
  • Keep emergency-release tools accessible when the activity requires them.
8. Scene Timing, Aftercare & Room Use+
  • Scenes are limited to 30 minutes.
  • Up to an additional 30 minutes may be used for aftercare. When practical, move extended recovery to the designated aftercare area so playrooms remain available.
  • Rooms 3 & 4 are signup-sheet rooms. Put your name and time slot on the whiteboard on the room door before using the room.
  • Do not monopolize a room with belongings, conversation, or an inactive setup when others are waiting.
  • When your room time is complete, clean and reset the space for the next person.
9. Staff, Dungeon Monitors & Emergency Intervention+
  • Eros, staff, and Dungeon Monitors may pause or stop activity when there is an immediate safety, consent, privacy, or venue-operation concern.
  • Follow safety-related directions in the moment. Questions or concerns about the intervention can be addressed afterward.
  • If staff directs people to clear a room, move equipment, stop a scene, leave the venue, or contact emergency services, comply promptly.
  • Anyone may call attention to an immediate emergency. For non-immediate concerns, get Eros, staff, or a DM rather than escalating the scene yourself.
  • Keep exits, stairs, halls, and access to safety supplies clear.
10. Conduct, Rejection, Retaliation & Reporting+
  • Harassment, stalking, intimidation, discriminatory or hateful conduct, coercion, theft, deliberate property damage, and intentionally unsafe behavior are not permitted.
  • Respect rejection immediately. “No,” “not interested,” and similar answers do not require an explanation and are not invitations to keep asking.
  • Do not retaliate against anyone for setting a boundary, declining play, reporting a concern, participating in an Internal Affairs review, or supporting someone who does.
  • Good-faith reports are welcome even when the facts are incomplete or the concern is ultimately unsubstantiated. An unsubstantiated report is not automatically a false report.
  • Knowingly fabricating evidence or deliberately submitting a report you know to be false may itself be treated as misconduct.
11. Removal, Restrictions & Access Decisions+
  • Safety, consent, privacy, conduct, or venue-security concerns may result in a scene being stopped, removal from an event, restricted status, suspension, or loss of access.
  • Removal from an event may occur without refund when necessary to protect the event or venue.
  • A report, staff intervention, or temporary restriction does not by itself establish that misconduct occurred.
  • Internal Affairs and access reviews are handled privately. Outcomes may include no action, guidance, restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent loss of access.
  • Paid supporter status, Established Member status, staff familiarity, popularity, or prior attendance does not override safety or access decisions.
12. Participation, Responsibility & Risk+
  • Kink, BDSM, sexual activity, and adult events can involve physical, emotional, and psychological risks.
  • Each person is responsible for deciding what they participate in, communicating boundaries, assessing their own abilities, and choosing partners for themselves.
  • Sanctum Eros membership review does not certify another person's skill, character, compatibility, or safety as a play partner.
  • Sanctum Eros cannot eliminate every risk. Current venue rules and event-specific requirements apply whenever you attend.
  • Attendance never creates an obligation to play, flirt, socialize, disclose personal information, or provide access to your body or attention.
The short version:Ask. Listen. Protect privacy. Give scenes room. Clean up. Get staff when something feels wrong.
SW: LOVERS
USING THE SPACE

Dungeon & Venue Guide

The Rules tell you what is required. This is the practical part: what happens before you arrive, where things happen, how to share the rooms, and who to ask when you need something.

1Before you comeRSVP, check your status, and complete anything Member Portal lists.
2Arrive downstairsCheck in, handle admission, and finish orientation or acknowledgment.
3Get situatedTour the space, ask questions, find supplies, and learn the room flow.
4Use the spaceNegotiate, play, clean up, and move into aftercare when you are finished.
Before You Leave Home+
  • Open Portal and check the event. Make sure your RSVP is approved and complete any orientation, acknowledgment, or event-specific course it shows.
  • If the event is at the dungeon, the private address appears only when you are eligible and the release window has opened. Do not forward it to anyone else.
  • Bring anything you personally need for your scene, aftercare, medications, comfort, or accessibility. Shared supplies are helpful, but they are not a substitute for planning your own scene.
  • If you are unsure whether an activity or piece of equipment is allowed, message Eros before the event rather than guessing at the door.
Arrival & Check-In+
  • Enter through the designated event entrance and stay downstairs until check-in is complete.
  • Admission is handled at check-in unless the event says otherwise.
  • New guests receive the appropriate orientation/tour. Returning members complete whatever acknowledgment or refresher is current for that event.
  • The first hour of a play party is used for arrival, check-in, orientation, tours, and socializing before play spaces open.
  • Shoes come off before entering the upstairs play areas.
How the House Is Used+
  • Downstairs is the primary social/check-in area. Food and open non-alcoholic drinks stay downstairs.
  • Upstairs is primarily for play, scene setup, cleanup, and aftercare. Keep long conversations downstairs once play begins.
  • The designated aftercare area is available when someone needs a quieter place to recover or decompress.
  • Outdoor areas are not event social space. Protect the residential location by keeping noise, kink activity, and extended conversations inside.
Choosing a Room & Using Signups+
  • Multiple play spaces are available, and furniture/equipment may change as the dungeon evolves.
  • Scenes are limited to 30 minutes, with up to another 30 minutes for aftercare when needed.
  • Rooms 3 & 4 use signup sheets on the whiteboard mounted on each room door. Add your name and time slot before taking the room.
  • Do not reserve a room by leaving bags or gear in it. If you are not actively setting up, negotiating, playing, cleaning, or providing immediate aftercare, leave it available.
  • If the room you want is occupied, use another space or wait without hovering at the door.
Watching Scenes Without Becoming Part of Them+
  • Watching is normal. You do not need to play to belong at a play party.
  • Give scenes physical and emotional space. Keep conversation low, do not crowd, and do not make unsolicited comments about what someone is doing.
  • If you want to ask a participant about a scene, technique, or toy, wait until the scene and immediate aftercare are clearly finished.
  • If something looks unsafe, find a DM or staff member. If there is an immediate emergency, call attention to it.
Shared Equipment, Supplies & Cleanup+
  • Shared equipment and basic supplies are available where marked. Personal gear belongs to the person who brought it unless they explicitly offer it.
  • Ask before moving furniture or equipment. Never change structural or suspension hardware yourself.
  • Clean applicable surfaces and shared items when you are finished. If you are unsure which cleaner or barrier to use, ask.
  • If blood, bodily fluids, broken skin, or another biohazard is involved, tell staff so cleanup can be handled correctly.
  • First-aid, safer-sex, sanitation, and emergency supplies are available; ask Eros, staff, or a DM if you need them.
Higher-Risk Scenes+
  • If your scene involves blood, needles, sharps, fire, electricity, suspension, breath/airway restriction, consensual non-consent, or another higher-risk activity, talk with Eros or the on-duty DM before you begin.
  • This conversation is about venue precautions—not staff negotiating the scene for you or certifying that it is safe.
  • Staff may direct you to a particular room, require barriers or cleanup precautions, ask for a spotter, or say that an activity cannot happen in the space that night.
Aftercare & Drop+
  • Aftercare is personal. Negotiate what you actually want instead of assuming everyone needs cuddling, food, water, solitude, or conversation.
  • You may use the scene room briefly for immediate aftercare when practical, then move to the designated aftercare area when more time is needed.
  • Someone in subspace, topspace, drop, or emotional decompression may not be ready for social interaction. Give them room.
  • If someone needs more support than their scene partner can provide, tell staff.
Food, Drinks, Shoes & Comfort+
  • Sanctum Eros is alcohol-free.
  • Food and open non-alcoholic drinks stay downstairs. Only securely closed non-alcoholic drinks go upstairs.
  • Shoes are not worn in the upstairs play areas.
  • If you get hungry, dehydrated, overwhelmed, cold, overstimulated, or simply need a break, take one. Ask Eros if you need help finding something.
  • Yes, the Southern hospitality part is real. Please do not sit there hungry because you were too polite to say something.
Phones, Emergencies & Getting Help+
  • Keep your phone downstairs unless you have an approved reason to carry it upstairs.
  • For a safety concern, equipment question, accessibility need, cleaning supplies, first aid, aftercare space, or rule clarification, find Eros, staff, or a Dungeon Monitor.
  • If a scene feels concerning but is not an immediate emergency, get a DM rather than inserting yourself into it.
  • If there is an immediate medical emergency, say so clearly and help make space for whoever is responding.
Leaving the Venue+
  • Collect your gear, dispose of trash appropriately, and leave any shared area ready for the next person.
  • Keep fetishwear and explicit activity inside the private venue. Be discreet around neighbors and outside the property.
  • A walk to your vehicle can be requested if you would feel more comfortable not leaving alone.
  • Once you leave, the privacy rule still applies: what you learned about other attendees, their scenes, and the private address stays private.
You are allowed to ask basic questions.Nobody is expected to already know how this house works. If you are unsure, ask before guessing.
