Dungeon Rental Requests

Rental requests are kept separate from event RSVPs and other applications. Base rate: $50/hour. Patron receives 10% off and Sanctum Keyholder receives 20% off after tier verification.

OWNER CONTROL

Staff Accounts & Portal Access

Staff use a separate Staff Portal. Choose exactly which operational modules each person can see. Owner-only administration never appears there.

STAFF CLEARANCE

Certification is required before event assignment.

Every active Staff member must hold a current SE Staff Certification. Dungeon Monitors must hold a current DM Certification. New and existing staff are assigned the appropriate course automatically. Each person gets three total attempts; a third failed attempt removes their active Staff/DM role and event assignments.

DATABASE CUTOVER

Old Portal → New Portal Database

The new Portal project is the primary database. This importer copies all durable members, accounts, staff, events, RSVPs, tickets, certifications, applications, gift cards, IA records, reviews, bans, settings and other Portal records from the old project without overwriting newer records already saved here. Live sessions and temporary locks are intentionally not migrated.
